The primary purpose of Califur is to have fun. To ensure that the greatest number of people achieves this objective, we must establish the following standards of conduct. By them, we seek only to ensure that the behavior of a small group does not disturb the membership as a whole, nor detract from the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere of the convention.

The Simple Stuff:

  • Rule Number One: If you shouldn't do it at a mall, don't do it at Califur.
  • ~
  • Rule Number Two: Use some common sense. If it's illegal, you probably shouldn't do it at Califur.
  • Rule Number Three: Listen to Convention Staff, and let them do their job.
  • Rule Number Four: "No" means "NO"

The membership of any disruptive attendee can be revoked at any time at the discretion of the convention chairman or his authorized agents. They include, but are not limited to:

  • Operations Director
  • Guest Services Director
  • Facilities Director
  • Programming Director
